To track your package, go to your order history on espritdere.com. Click on the relevant order and then "Track the shipment". You can also track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the email you received.

If you have a problem with your order, any errors etc., you can contact us by using the contact form. We will respond to you within 48 hours during regular working days.

Delivery times can vary depending on delivery location and shipping option. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. This may increase to up to 5 working days during holiday and peak seasons. 

Esprit de Ré has a 14 day return policy. Returns must have prior approval by Esprit de Ré.  Any returned items must be unopened in the original packaging. Reimbursement of products will only be possible after actual receipt of items at our premises. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item.

Our natural wax scented candles are produced using only 100% pure vegetable waxes and are 100% sustainable, free of petroleum, paraffin wax and animal fat. Esprit de Ré candles are free from phthalates, petroleum and animal-derived ingredients. We do not use palm oil in any of our products. We do not cause or contribute to the destruction of tropical forests, loss of animal habitats or extinction of species.

We collaborate with multiple high-end fragrance houses in the European Union to create our bespoke scents. The fragrance oils are obtained from both natural and high-quality synthetic ingredients. Only phthalate-free fragrance oils are used, which means they are non-toxic to burn.

Esprit de Ré products are never tested on animals.

Our candles are hand poured. Vegetable soy wax can have some irregularities once poured.

We use secure payments. You can pay by: Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cartes Bancaires.
