Returns

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return their items to Esprit de Ré. The buyer may therefore request a refund or an exchange without penalty, except for the return costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Esprit de Ré requires that the returned items be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds or the exchange of products will only be possible after actual receipt of the items on our premises.

EXCHANGES

If you need to make an exchange for any reason, please contact us.

DAMAGE

You are advised to check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the packaging of your order and its contents. It is advisable to always record ‘subject to inspection’ on the carrier’s delivery note.  

In the event that one of your products has arrived damaged, we ask that you to inform us by email quoting the tracking number together with photos of the damaged item. Please send this information immediately on receipt of the package to us via our contact page.
