SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This may increase to up to 5 working days during holiday and peak seasons.

You will receive another notification which will include tracking information when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Sale on End of Series - Orders for 2 or more candles will not be charged for delivery.

We offer €5,00 flat rate Colissimo delivery to Metropolitan France for 1 candle.

We offer €8,00 flat rate Colissimo delivery to Metropolitan France for 2 candles.

Orders for 3 or more candles will not be charged for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for other EU Countries will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders for EU Countries of €100 or over will not be charged for delivery.

Shipping charges for other countries outside the EU will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will include shipments to Australia, Canada, China, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and USA.

Orders for countries outside the EU of €150 or over will not be charged for delivery. 

Please be aware, shipments to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) on arrival in the country. You may also incur other extra charges through the local carrier. Esprit de Ré is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Returns Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please see relevant section in our Returns Policy (click to damage section).
